(15.10.2026) 49th Ordinary Meeting of the RETUNSEE Presidium

ISTANBUL: Hosted by our colleagues from Petrol-İş, we successfully held the 49th Ordinary Meeting of the RETUNSEE Presidium yesterday in Istanbul. Alongside financial matters and a review of membership fee payments, we discussed preparations for the 6th Ordinary Congress, which will take place in Serbia in spring 2027.

There was plenty of positive energy and excellent organisation—even the storm that swept through Istanbul in the afternoon and evening, flooding the city, could not dampen our spirits.

The 49th meeting also marked a farewell to our colleague Vasilis, who is beginning a quieter chapter of his life after 20 years of providing interpretation for RETUNSEE.

We wish him good health and happiness with his family, and hope to meet again in the future.
